I don't normal write reviews so when I do it won't just be "Great place". I work in the area and pass by this shop often. At first I paid it no mind but when I someone dented my parked car I started to shop around. Took be a year to get to it but as I passed by I saw how wrecked allot of car where going in and how pristine they looked coming out. Then I observed how clean and organized the shop is and how they do the repairs like a production run. That means ever person is excellent at what they do. So after getting a few estimates I went with them because their prices were competitive. I dropped my car of on a Wednesday first thing, Was called one hour later with the final price and was told it would be ready Friday Possible Saturday. They called me a few times to keep me updated which is really nice but I was surprised when just one day later, they told me I could pick it up that day if I wanted to. So I agreed and when I got there it was parked by the garage exit ready to go. WOW. I have never gotten my car detailed but I also never had a car cleaned the way they did. It felt like I was taking a new car home. Wish I could add a picture here. I know NY has a reputation for some s

The staff at Charlie’s did a great job on my car after a car accident. It was as if the accident never happened as soon as I got my car back. Very impressed. Shout out to Hassan, Peter, Savannah, Shelly, and everyone! I would trust them with all my car needs.

We had an excellent experience working with this business. We recently had an accident requiring repairs to our car exterior (quarter panel) and needed to find a Geico- auto shop during a time when we needed our car the most. The shop’s operations are very organized, communicative and accommodating- starting with our customer service rep, Hassan who is fantastic, to the trust-worthy mechanics we met. Our car was not only fixed in time for our needs, but was cleaned as well. Highly recommend Charlie’s auto collision business.

Highly recommend Charlie’s Auto Collision for any auto repair needs! As one of the few non-big-corporate-owned shops in the area, they actually work to understand your situation and quote you accordingly where possible. They matched and even undercut quotes from larger nearby shops while keeping quality very high. The repair results (see photos) were OEM level and shut lines were all very flush. I had the pleasure of working with Hassan who was fantastic throughout. He kept me updated, responsive at every step, and always willing to find the best solution to the problem. If you want high-quality work with great service, come here!!

I am very impressed and satisfied with the reliability, transparency, professionalism, friendliness and cost-efficiency of Charlies Auto Collision. My car looked better than new. They also helped with securing a rental car and event returned the rental car on my behalf. They provided a better service than most car dealerships. I highly recommend this auto center and will definitely trust this place with my next car needs.
